Tiny Art Stories offers a transformative experience
90 Minute Wellness Workshop
Let us bring this experience to your workplace! We take care of it all.
Minimal Downtime. Big results.
Investing in your team’s well-being and mental health is paramount to the success of the organization. Involvement in creative arts can lessen anxiety, support emotional regulation, and enhance focus, concentration, creative problem-solving, innovative thinking, and attention to detail.
Just as importantly, it gives individuals a chance to step out of their usual roles, reset, reconnect with themselves, and experience a sense of accomplishment in a creative way in a low pressure environment.
Through engaging in art projects that prioritize intention and self-awareness, participants can immerse themselves in the creative process, discover new perspectives with curiosity that lead to personal growth and increased well-being.
One of the key benefits for the business professional is the opportunity to enhance their problem-solving skills. Creating art requires individuals to think outside the box, experiment with different techniques, and find unique solutions to challenges. These skills can be directly applied to the workplace, empowering people to navigate challenges with newfound confidence and self-assuredness.

Fun, Easy, Creative, Satisfying = Happy Associates.
Bring wellness directly into the workday with a flexible, drop-in creative experience designed to meet associates where they are. Tiny Art Stories sets up in a designated space for a two- to three-hour window, allowing participants to stop by when they have 20–30 minutes available for a restorative creative break.
These brief art experiences offer associates an opportunity to step away from their usual responsibilities, reset, and do something just for themselves. By providing this time as a benefit of the workplace, organizations send a meaningful message that employee well-being matters. Participants return to their day feeling refreshed, re-energized, and creatively engaged.
1/2 Day Workshops
Bigger Investment = Bigger results.
We believe everybody has a tiny art story waiting to be revealed, and we are here to give each workshop participant the opportunity to explore, be delighted, and allow their inner artist to shine.
Participants have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the artistic process, fostering a sense of self-discovery that can, in turn, deepen the connection to their work.
- Workshops are designed to be non-judgmental and competition-free.
- They can take place at your worksite or at an off-site location.
- We provide all necessary supplies (including smocks), set-up, and clean-up. Participants are encouraged to simply focus on themselves and their art.
Workshops are tailored sessions, most lasting three hours. Group projects (such as murals) are also offered building community and pride.
