12 Letters

There’s something powerful about putting pen to paper—especially when the words are just for you. 12 Letters is a free, self-paced writing experience designed to help you gently explore what’s stirring within.

Once a week for 12 weeks, you’ll receive a letter-writing prompt straight to your inbox—each one an invitation to pause, notice, and connect with yourself in a deeper way. This is a space where your voice can be as soft and tender or as loud and raw as it needs to be—uncensored, unedited, and free from your internal critic.

What the 12 Letters Experience Looks Like

We’ll begin simply—with prompts that ease you into reflection and help you grow comfortable with your own inner voice. As the weeks unfold, the invitations will deepen, gently encouraging real honesty. You might write to a younger version of yourself, give voice to something you’re struggling with, or speak to a braver future self.

These letters aren’t meant to be turned in or shared. They’re yours alone—to keep, revisit, and cherish. Honest conversations between you and you.

This is a journey made for quiet mornings, late-night scribbles, and all the in-between moments. You don’t need to be a writer—just someone curious about what might shift when you pause, reflect, and really listen to your core self—the one you’ve been tuning out for too long.

If you’ve been carrying things that no longer serve you, or simply want to know yourself more deeply, 12 Letters offers a place to begin. Make space for grace, memory, regret, hope, forgiveness, clarity, and growth.

Sign up below to join. Your first prompt will arrive the following Sunday. All you need is paper, a pen you love, an open heart, and a willingness to begin.

Preserving Your Pages

At the end of the 12 Letters experience, we’ll hold a free, virtual letter binding workshop to gather and celebrate what you’ve written. You’ll bring your letters together with a handmade cover and backing—a meaningful ritual that honors the journey you’ve taken and the words you’ve made space for.

To bind your writing is to say: this mattered. It’s a simple, calming act—beautifully respectful of everything that surfaced along the way.
